Our congregation is
shepherded by a team of elders. They are charged with leading, feeding,
and protecting the flock. Four of the elders provide for their families
through secular employment, while one elder is compensated by the congregation
to work full time at preaching and teaching.
Jon, Linda, Lauren, and Jay Trainer: Jon is the full-time elder and a chaplain in the USAF (Ohio ANG) and Linda teaches secondary math in a local school.
Ron & Ella Leach: Ron works in education and Ella in the corporate world. They have two adult children and a passion for missions.
Tom, Cindy, Erin, Chad, & Luke Prinsen: Tom works with computer systems and Cindy is a part-time nurse. The two oldest children are in college.
Ken, Lesley, & Jeff Hobday: Ken works as a copyright attorney and Lesley is an accomplished cook. Jeff holds a degree in piano.
Mark, Renee, Christopher, Joshua, Caleb, & Jonathan Young: Mark works as an executive in the insurance industry, while Renee is a full-time home educator of their four sons.
